We stayed in the Inn last year, but wanted easier access to the lazy river so we stayed in the hotel this this year. Very disappointed! Our air-conditioning unit sounded like it was going to come through the wall when turned off, one of the sinks had a green ring around the drain, the bathroom doorkonb was installed incorrectly, ants were in the control of the air-conditioning unit, the deadbolt woudn't lock on the balcony door. Over all worst hotel experience ever. For over 1000 very disappointed.
My family and I stayed here last weekend and we loved it! The room which we had was gorgeous, clean, and comfy! The kids loved the water parks as well. We plan on staying here each time we visit Pigeon Forge!!
Can anyone tell me if this hotel is pet friendly. Also was pricing in July reasonable and was it close to Pigeonforge and other sites . Thank you, Sandra Beckwith

This is my first time to stay here. Loved the cleanliness and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous Would recommend it to anyone.
The room was very clean and lots of room. The staff was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely recommend the Music Road Hotel.
