The staff was very friendly breakfast was awesome. Me, husband and son loved the water park. And I loved the hot tub. I will definitely be staying there again. The room was awesome.
we wont stay anywhere else when visiting the area, this is an awesome place, kids loved the pool area, beautiful rooms and loved the balcony!!!

We stayed this past weekend for the first time at the Inn. We had a FABULOUS visit! The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and our room was amazing!! I loved having a balcony which overlooked the pool. Speaking of the pool, the lazy river was very enjoyable and the water slide was fun!! We cannot wait to return.
We go to Pigeon Forge two or three times per year. Best place we've found for a quick stay. Always clean, friendly staff and excellent amenities. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and stayed in the double queen with a pull out sofa. Outdoor pool open til 11:30p (indoor open 24 hours) and huge free breakfast (they were still bringing out food 5 minutes before it closed). Highly recommended!!
Staff was great, breakfast was amazing. We were definitely full. The kids loved the water park, the adults loved the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, the balcony gave an amazing view of the city and the woods/stream behind the hotel. Sitting on the balcony at 3am was so peaceful. We had a great stay. We highly recommend staying here. Whatever issues previous guests may have had have apparently been resolved.
Wonderful place. Clean, friendly, off the main strip. Pools are warm and clean. Rooms are cozy and the breakfast is good. Staff are great people.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Our kids LOVED the pools and lazy river. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaint was that the AC didn't work too well, and it was almost 100° while we were there. We definitely plan to be back!
