The hotel was FANTABULOUSLY AWESOME!!!!!!! I was so in love with that massive fireplace....It was absolutely breathtaking!! I loved it and would recommend it to anyone!!!
Music Road Hotel is a great place to spend the last weekend before school starts for the kiddos!! It is centered in the middle of all of Pigeon Forge's fun!! The staff is so accommodating! We had a blast!!!
Beds very comfy, swimming pools and lazy river relaxing, breakfast was outstanding. Friendly service and helpful.
Rooms were okay. Breakfast was okay. Staff should have given more information about the facility. The outdoor pool was closed most of the day and it was too hot to be in the indoor pool. The advertisement about it being a water park is a lie. There was a pool with a slide and Mushroom fountain. The lazy river was really small. The photo makes it look fabulous and it isn't. The cabana was a joke. Even though the young man working out there was really nice. I don't think we will ever stay there again.

We loved our stay. The hotel is FABULOUS. Only complaint we have is about the trolley. We rode it to Gatlinburg. We go to get on the trolley to come back at 2: 45pm and got to the hotel about 6:25pm. Never use the trolley. Horrible service and everyone was, well most, rude. I ll never use it again.
Very nice accommodations! Courteous staff! Water park a hit! I have asthma and I could tell the rooms are thoroughly cleaned! A great trip. Thanks to all.
Loved the room. The pools were great. Kids played for a long time and let the moms relax.
