Stayed here on our honeymoon and loved it! Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast all week long!
Super clean nice and most comfy beds! Also water park the kids will love!
This is our second time staying in this Inn.Overall,it was another good experience except on our last night when my wife took a shower with little to no toiletries to use(shampoo,soap).She called the guest service extension but nobody came.
Wonderful place to stay! We had 2 rooms booked for the night, so other than having to wait for maintenance not to be able to fix an issue with one of the rooms, they gave us another room instead. However, the rooms were clean, big, and comfortable! Wonderful balconies facing the river, so I sat outside for a while reading a book, while my friends enjoyed the pools and lazy river! Breakfast was good, their lobby is amazing, and they have coffee ready 24/7. Nice staff and all around amazing stay!!!
We had a great stay here, staff was excellent /very friendly. Breakfast was great , and my daughter loved the pool, lazy river, hot tub. Room was very nice and clean. We will definitely be coming back to music road inn in the future. We come to pigeon forge quite often . We have found our new hotel of choice for future stays.😁
