The contractor arrived with impressive enough equipment. But when he began to polish the countertop with a hone he stopped and went to a rotary sander. He stopped again and told me he had problems. The countertop he had started to finish was marred with circular scratches. He said his sandpaper was too coarse and he had nothing less coarse. He also said his vacuum machine was not working and he would have to take it to the shop. Said he would be back in 3 or 4 days. I told him to leave and not come back. We needed all the stone, marble, tile and grout cleaned and sealed in the entire house. It was a big job and we are very pleased. Mike was very helpful and understands the special needs of natural stone cleaning and maintenance. Our kitchens, baths and floors have never looked so good. I highly recommend their services to any new home owner. When building or moving into a new house, always get a consultation to seal the new surfaces to protect them and keep them new.

This was a difficult job as the entire kitchen granite countertops had been damaged. Oil and grease had been absorbed by the countertops over time and had been turned them from a grey and cream color granite to a brown and caramel color. After Mike cleaned down the counters, with his machine and three different types of cleaning prosesses it then required the application of numerous poultices to draw the oils and grease out.
