We have had nothing but grade A customer service, and they are timely in sending out maintenance staff when needs arise.
If you want a landlord that will treat you with respect and be mindful of the things messing up and get it fixed in a timely fashion do NOT rent from these people. I had a gas leak and instead of having someone come look at it and fix it I was told I would have to add gas to the tank for them to even test for a leak.
