I’ve lived here for 6 years, and it would have been longer if I found them earlier. I lived here while I was in undergrad and while I was getting my doctorate. Dee (maintenance), is absolutely amazing! She will fix things for you in a very timely manner. I never waited over 48 hours for anything to get fixed. It’s super close to campus, and the bus routes are also really convenient. Most definitely a hidden gem.
