Extremely Disappointing – Poor Maintenance & Privacy Violations I would not recommend this apartment complex. The dog park is consistently dirty and full of waste, the walls and ceilings are paper-thin (you hear everything from your neighbors), and plumbing issues in the kitchen caused sewage to back up into the sink multiple times. Laundry machines were broken for over two months, elevators frequently failed, and plumbing above the garage leaked onto residents’ cars. Storage was full with rats damaging your belongings. As a young woman living in LA, safety is my biggest priority when choosing my living arrangement. That’s why I love Museum Terrace Apartments. The neighborhood is safe, the building is locked with a callbox entry system, a security guard is on patrol throughout the evenings, and the parking garage is gated. I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, and I love the amenities, especially the gym and pool. It’s a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops and restaurants, which is super convenient. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable here and would definitely recommend it to others!
Building is beautiful, the staff on the other hand is completely incompetent. I was here for work and got locked in the stairwell... as you need a fob to get in and out of every level. I was not told this and tried to get out and ended up locked on the roof. I had to call 911 because no one would answer the phone at the front office. Maintenance came and got me and looked at me like I did it on purpose I asked him to show me which door I could use without a fob and he said he didn’t have time.
