Everything was fixed. I tried to get the bedroom light fixed in the past and it didn’t happen so I am really happy it got fixed this time. New management!
Management is awful. We moved into a new apartment at Museo a few weeks ago with a broken washing machine (along with a few other miscellaneous issues) and put in an emergency work order for it. A week later, we followed up on the order and were asked to be patient. Today I went in to follow up again and management was no help. In fact she seemed as if I was inconveniencing her by asking about my washer. A basic necessity by the way. Management has changed 3 times within a year and a half, and the current management is awful. I have to constantly bother them about issues with my apartment. They'll say they'll take care of it but don't. I put in a maintenance request for a leaking tub WEEKS ago. And it has yet to be addressed. I went to the front office 4 days ago to ask about my request, and it has yet to be addressed. Regret renewing my lease.
If you want water service to shower, cook, clean, DRINK? Good luck. I have lived here for just under a year and recently a new management has taken over. I have had zero issues in the year I’ve lived here and now all of a sudden we are getting our water cut off EVERY single day, sometimes with notice, and today to my surprise with no notice.
