I absolutely love this office! I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk; they were so pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Allison & Makayla were awesome. (I asked their names before | left lol). Melanie Sheppard is a great provider. I'm so glad I chose this office for my primary care, and | will be recommending them to all my friends and family. The front staff really set the tone for my entire visit, and cant wait for my next appointment. Great Job Ladies!!
I have a very busy life and a severe phobia of doctors and so I had to cancel my appointment twice and I missed one appointment unfortunately they told me that they have to remove me from the practice due to this. So ladies and gentlemen, if you have a life outside of this doctors Office and have to reschedule more than two times you will lose your doctor. It’s disgusting and it’s freaking ridiculous. I visited this facility as a new patient to assess the intake experience, and there are a few important points prospective patients should be aware of. The front desk staff creates the first impression of any medical office, and in this case, that area could benefit from additional training and improved patient engagement.
