I visited this facility as a new patient to assess the intake experience, and there are a few important points prospective patients should be aware of. The front desk staff creates the first impression of any medical office, and in this case, that area could benefit from additional training and improved patient engagement. I used to respect dr Lee he was good to me until Ii broke 2 ribs went to urgent care in Swansea sc gave me nothing for pain they told me to go to my primary doctor for pain meds called dr Lee he said no I have 2 broke ribs in severe pain drs have no compassion anymore just go home and suffer very disappointed never go to a MUSC DR THEY DONT GIVE A DAM about your pain I'm shure MUSC will have an excuse for way they didn't write me some pain meds for a couple days
