Good luck if you want to call. You get a centralized office who cannot help and cannot answer basic questions. Want to talk to a supervisor, well they are not available. They are going to offer to transfer you to another department without explaining that what that department is. After you get through the fact that you wasted 5 minutes of your life getting no where, you can sit on hold with the patient advocate for them to also not answer. Parking is difficult but worth it
I always come here when I have lab work I need to get done. Every one from front desk to nurses are always so nice and respectful. You are usually in and out pretty fast. I definitely recommend here if you need Lab work done.
