The doctors. PA’s, nurses and everyone involved the clinic are great. I love that they have a walk in policy in case of an emergency. Everyone was pleasant and informative and very little waiting time. I highly recommend to anyone.
Apparently the call center cancels appointments, doesn’t call the patient to inform of the cancellation and when asked what happened at the front desk they can’t tell you. 3 hours round trip to get here all the have a cancelled appointment that they never notified about.
I have never left a negative review on any platform, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I had a scheduled appointment for my son with Dr. Ajibade at 3:20 PM and arrived before 3:00. Upon check-in, I was told that my appointment had been changed to a different doctor at 2:15 PM—an appointment I had supposedly missed.
