RecommendedThe staff is truly amazing. This was my daughters third experience in a setting such as this. My daughter has high anxiety and is 9. They made her feel like everything would be okay and it most certainly was. They dressed her comfort support bunny up to match her to comfort her even more. Extremely warming and caring staff. If anything else outpatient needs to be done I would want it done anywhere else.

I was to receive weekly accountability emails. I have received 1. I have followed their plan for 2 weeks, Monday will begin 3rd week. For the money, I could have done something else. Even purchased the scale they requested. Not worth the money for 12 weeks.

No. In the middle of a pandemic there were multiple points I was disgusted. 1) touch screen with no sanitizer near it. Walked to the bathroom after to wash hands. 2) When my vital signs were taken, the equipment was not cleaned - particularly the finger probe. Who knows how many fingers go through that thing. 3) get handed a clip board to fill out a paper the doctor doesn’t even look at. Took it, felt something sticky on it and just set it down.
