The Musc digital phone system is the absolute worst. The text message link they sent had the wrong address then took me over 30 minutes and 4 transfers to get close to the correct area to get help and directions. They then could no longer take my kids appointments. who I pulled out of school to get there and now have no doctors note. When trying to reschedule they couldn’t accommodate an appointment after 3 meaning I have to pull my kid out of school another day. Doctors I have had are ok. Horrible customer service, just to change an appointment, I have been on hold an hour and a half, I tried yesterday but gave up after an hour. It's like this any time you call. This is absolutely not ok.
Terrible I have been going to Dr. Kholer with MUSC Health at Tidelands for two years I have only seen him twice that is it any other time I have to see his nurse as a urologist I think you would see your patience more especially since it is with MUSC Hollings Cancer Center the level of care I receive is awful they have done six surgeries on me for nothing basically I have stage one Endometrial cancer.
