Shocking customer service. My friend and I, placed an order in June, which was shipped in October, but the UPS delivery company took the item. I have done all the chasing with UPS to sort it out and they simply need to message/call UPS and they will send them the insurance money so I can be refunded over $1k, they haven't. It's been 3 months now. Utter farcical They don't answer emails. The moment we raise a charge back case they respond instantly. Pathetic.
