Dr. Musal helped with an emergency over the holidays and never once made me feel bad for asking for help or clarification for my child. I appreciate him taking the time to care for my child as well as follow up to make sure things were trending in the right direction.
Dr. Musal has been thorough, knowledgeable, and has taken great care of my 4 children’s dental health for 5 years now. From routine care to complicated issues, Dr. MUSAL has taken the time to talk it through with me so that I fully understood the decisions I had to make. When we first came to his practice, my third child had developed a deep terror of the dentist from a past experience. Dr. Musal talked him through it, and now he jumps right up into the chair. We love Dr. Musal!
RecommendedWe have only seen Dr. Musal twice and both times he made a great impression on my son, as well as myself, who has a fear of the dentist to put it mildly. We have always had to schedule an Operating room at the hospital for any type of dental work beyond a cleaning but today Dr. Musal did a tooth extraction on my son and did it with such a calming demeanor that he was able to stay calm without any major anxiety episodes. The staff is very unwelcoming and short. I set up a shadowing opportunity and they seemed to give me as little information as possible. I was also hung up on by the receptionist. She was extremely rude to me every time we spoke. There's plenty of great dental offices and this is definitely not one of them.
Dr. Musal is fantastic we have three children- all of whom have seen Dr. Musal since the age of 18 months. He is not only courteous and efficient, our children are not afraid of him and easily go to the chair. His technicians are always polite and professional, as well. The staff is personable and the office/waiting room is pristine. What a wonderful experience!

Muncie has a true asset in Dr. Musal What a lovely experience for my children. Dr. Musal was wonderful and his staff kind and courteous. He spent time aiding my children in overcoming their fears, building their confidence. All their needs for treatment were clearly explained to me and every question I had was courteously answered. Our nerves were calmed as we all felt we were in the best of hands. Thank you for the wonderful outcome we received for such a difficult care situation. We appreciate you!
