Had appointment at 10:00,I was seen at 11:10 one hour wait , the doctor was rude, insensitive, no manners, I was treated poorly. The staff at the front desk were loud , lots of personal conversations between them ,an hour in the waiting room and I left with a headache. Little bit of sympathy never hurt anyone and being professional and well mannered should be a priority as medical professional.

As far as DR Gorski he is a amazing surgeon and his staff very professional i wish i could give them a rating above a 5

Absolutely awful. They don’t respect patient’s time whatsoever. I had an appointment at 10am and at 10:40, they told there were 3 more patients ahead of me. They also said it’s like this every day. Why schedule me for 10 if you can’t respect it!!??
