First let me say thank you for getting me in so quickly to correct a very uncomfortable broken crown! I didn't realize how much it was bothering me until it was alleviated! Everyone was so warm and welcoming, cheerful and friendly in a "real" way (not that phony chit chat banter). I appreciate the tour, and also the way Samantha explained all the care and process as we went along. She is a gem! And the hand-written note I received was a nice touch. When I walk in ether Margo or Maryanne know my name and who I am there to see. Kira is awesome and on top of her game and always makes me feel welcome.Dr Nathan is great, I feel like he takes his time and fixes my teeth the right way and makes sure I am comfortable and happy with the outcome. All concerns were handled efficiently and questions were clearly answered by a very professional and courteous staff.
I was nervous to go to my appointment since it's been an embarrassingly long time since I've gone but when I got there my worries vanished. Everyone was so nice and helpful and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I never once felt judged or like I was being scolded for anything, I just felt like everyone I met with genuinely loves what they do and they just want to help. I actually can't wait to go back now, thanks for being so kind and helpful!
Went there for a dental cleaning. The experience was perfect. Comfortable, professional, and pain-free, even the next day! What a great place Hillside Dental Care has. Very friendly, welcoming, and professional.
