I’ve had two windshields replaced by the guys at Murray glass and they have always done a top-notch job!
Apparently a gap like this is acceptable to Murray glass not to mention when I square up one side of the window the other side is not level so I'm guessing it's not a perfect rectangle. I'm going back to Jones Paint & Glass this is the second time I've had unacceptable work from them
On Aug 19th, They were very fast to come out and measure to get a quote. However the quote kept changing when I wanted to instal it myself. Was told the glass itself would be under 60 dollars. Then the final came to just under 100 with caulking included to install. Expensive caulking I thought, but I wanted to make sure I got the right stuff. One team member of a roofing crew working in West Jordan had a safety rope with a metal clip swing and unfortunately break a customers window. Because the frame was aluminum there were only 2 companies in the valley qualified enough for the replacement without having to fully remove and replace the full window with frame.(stucco damage and fix) Murray Glass one of the two was a little more cost than the other company but there knowledge was clearly extensive and I felt like they would take care of my customer.
