Was trying to get a bid on a job from this company. Worker made me feel that it was an inconvenience to him to come during time we had scheduled several weeks in advance. Gave me a last minute call requesting to come outside of scheduled time window and was unwilling to accommodate pre scheduled time. I will not be using this company.
I had them come out and give me a bid. From the moment the technician walked in he made it clear that shower glass was the worst and he hated doing it. He indicated that my measurements were not level and that there wasn't a way to make it look level. To say the least, i went with another company that did a fantastic install and were thrilled for the business. I would not refer this company.
Never used their service and I never will. If all their drivers are the same I certainly don't ever want to use them. Me and my son were driving west on 5300. The driver was in the lane next to us but ahead of us. He had his right signal on so I thought he was getting on the freeway. I started to move over to the right so i could make my turn that was coming up soon. I guess he decided not to get on the freeway so he honked his horn at me and started following me. Looking for a hard to find part for our glass shower door. We went to 3 other glass shops before a contractor at the 3rd shop told us go to Murray Glass. We did and within 24 hours we had the part cut to the perfect size. Very reasonable price ;-) and we have decided to use them next time we have a need for any glass replacement or other glass work. THANK YOU!! Excellent work and excellent customer service!!
