Heaven forbid you need surgery....and they won’t fill out the paperwork. When I asked for pain medication (since they were the ones who caused my procedure to be cancelled) was told that it’s “not their problem.” But in the next breath they gave me paperwork for pain management, to obtain narcotics. Holy heck, I just wanted something short term (ex: Mobic, Motrin, Duexis...~ I don’t want narcotics) ~ y’all must be getting some kind of kickback to refer patients to pain management. RecommendedYes, you will wait awhile to see Dr. Brand. That is bc he will sit and listen to your concerns with patience and understanding. I have been his patient since 1970 ( almost 50 years)!! my children also were his patients, never took them to a pediatrician, never needed to. Best family practitioner, they don't come any better!
Been a patient for many years. Absolutely the best family doctor in NE Philadelphia.
This place is literally the worst. I have watched the phones be taken off the hook to not answer them so if you get through to speak to someone you're lucky. Th eh once you make an appointment be prepared to sit and wait for at least an hour before you are even taken back. The only doctor here I actually like is dr. Garfield and if it wasn't for him I would have left for a new doctor years ago. Avoid this office if you can!
Been with them since I was an infant that's about 27 years!! Dr. Brand and Dr. Garfield are two of the best doctors ever!!
Every time I need a referral I get a run around. I called the"guaranteed referral line" 2 weeks ago and now that I'm at my specialist there is no referral. I've been getting allergy shots for over a year.
