Dr. Murray is awesome! At first I thought, this man is so nonchalant & inconsiderate, but when I really got to know him—to know him is to love him. He definitely knows what he is doing & I’m so happy that he delivered my baby safely & with ease. Don’t judge a book by its cover, open the book & read it for yourself ??
The staff is completely rude the office manager Connie is the ring leader of in unprofessionalism the lady that does the appointments is incompetent she filled out the documents for my job wrong and I called several times for her to correct it she didn’t get on the phone just told her colleague to tell me she would call back which she never did Dr. Murray is down to earth but his staff is killing his business woman have enough going on during their pregnancy and the staff doesn’t make the experience of going there pleasant a... read more
I've been calling for over 2 weeks to make an appointment. I've left messages and no return call. I didn't want to go anywhere else since that was the office I used 3 years ago and I loved Dr. Muir, but I need care.

reception is is very unprofessional. she talks about the patient’s while patients are still her presence. insurance went off for over two weeks I’ve been calling up there to get another appointment because my im insurance just came back on every time I’ve called it says that they are out to lunch for hours I know that they go to lunch at 12:30 to 1 o’clock and I have been calling all day every day and it says they’re out to lunch. Change dates on to day that I’ve come.
Today I went into Dr. Murray office to put in the necessary paperwork to retrieve my medical records. Before I went in I called and the staff was very rude to me, I was transferred to to a woman that was very rude and argumentative after her and I exchanged words she transferred me to another woman, who gave me the info I needed. Dr. Murray and his nurse staff were blessings. My first pregrency was scary for me and Dr. Murray and staff were so patient, helpful and knowledgable.
