I had an appointment at 1 pm to have my hair highlighted and cut ...showed the stylist a pick of the cut I wanted she said no problem; however, she was working on someone else the same time she was working on my hair so I asked if she was double booked she said NO...but 5hrs later I was finally finished and my cut was wrong after 2 attempts by the stylist. I was very disappointed and after I told the stylist I had somewhere to be @ 6 I didn't leave until 6 went to my car and cried. I will not use this salon again for my hair... read more
