I saw 15 Rock Hill Road, Newtown Square, (769K) built by Murphy Homes in 2018. The construction was shabby at least, cheap materials, cheap workmanship, sloppy paint and finishing jobs all over. I cannot imagine what would be behind the walls. I will never look at another house built by the builder.
