My daughter and I have used Murphy Eye Center for years. Recently I received a bill from them for something back in 2018. It's not like I hadn't been in since 2018. I don't know if I really owed it or not. But I went by and paid it because I always pay my bills. And now today1-23-2020 my daughter is out of state in Oregon and lost her glasses, she called and asked for her prescription so she could get a new pair from someplace in Oregon but they wouldn't give her the prescription over the phone. RecommendedI had a wonderful experience with this group of people! They were friendly, helpful, professional, and on top of everything.
I refuse to do any further business with this company. Without knowing my situation, (My father just passed away) they proceeded to write a nasty note on my daughter's glasses about me calling me a derogatory name (a b**ch to be specific) just because of the way I answered my phone, and the female owner had the audacity to lie to my face stating that it is directed towards another co-worker. First, employees shouldn't refer to one another in this manner, and Second, the owner should know better than to cover for an employee.... read more
GREAT SERVICE!! I took my 2 granddaughters 7 & 9yr olds. They were very comfortable being there & staff is very nice
Had an amazing first experience. Staff was very friendly including the doctor. Also wait time was at a minimum.
Great people front to back. Best eye visit I ever had. The ladies up front are the best.
The transition to contacts for my 11 yo daughter has been awesome!
