This realty company had property listed that I was interested in. I contacted the agent Emily Dejeu on the listing. I believe first day of listing and with a few phone calls I offered full price and offered to pay all closing costs except the commission. The realtor checked out my attorney to do a quit deed claim. I asked for her to send a contract to seal the deal. She then came back and stated I needed to have my attorney make the offer. This realtor did not act in good faith to secure my offer!
