I do not recommend. They catered to the seller when we bought our house. Jenny was not very helpful. Now that we are selling, Jenny rather sell our house for less since it makes the numbers look good. they care more about how quick they sell the house versus the actual value of the property and comparable comps in the neighborhood. never again.
This place is an absolute joke. Messaged Eric regarding rental homes they have listed in Nixa for over a month, after a month of communication over the new builds being ready to move in, we apply and get approved and the refuse to rent to us. We have perfect credit and multiple landlords to confirm we are great renters and they turned us away because I was “pushy”. Eric was aware we were moving from Texas and waiting on this home. Taylor Glidewell was an absolute delight to work with. She took care of all my worries and made sure everything from the start to the finish went smoothly and made it so easy for me. Who knew selling and buying at the same time was such a process but with Taylor by my side, she made it a lot easier. Any questions or concerns, she had the answers and solutions for me.
