Went to start denture process, had multiple issues before I even had teeth out. I should have thought more on it, but you believe dentist know. I had my teeth out and dentures in. When I went in to have more soft winning in was told to come back in a month to start with 2nd set. I had paid over 2500.00 plus ins so far. They had not put them in my treatment plan. Paid for denture repair and repair lasted 4 days.They wanted to charge again for same repair. I was told I was paying for dentists time not the repair. I was not told before hand I was being charged by the hour. They did offer to replace the original denture they sold me for 1000 plus dollars although not sure if that included dentists time.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

You should really think twice before going here. They are not ethical at all. They charge insurances for products not supplied, charge differently than quoted, doctor tells you one thing - office manager tells you something different, open medical credit cards in your name without authorization, etc. I would recommend you run (not walk) to another practice.

During the process of my treatment I was bruised and the left side of my face was drawn for some time due to shots for a deep cleaning. I received a temporary for my crown which fell out several times and the permanent has fallen out before a year was up. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Please spare yourself your time and money as well as the irritation non of us need by choosing care elsewhere. I am still in the process corrections to these problems elsewhere

I had to have 2 crowns redone that had been on for 5 months, they always bothered me. I went back 2 times for help but never saw the dentist only his technicians. I am very disappointed in the quality and care I received on my teeth.
