Missed appointment. Didn't even call. I called office twice trying to get updates. When tech finally called 2 hours after appointment time, he asked to reschedule for another day. Bad communication and customer service. Unreliable. I definitely do NOT recommend.
RecommendedI highly recommend you guys! Casey was very nice and professional and let me know when the tech was on his way. Chris the tech came early in the AM, knew the problem in less than 5 mins, ordered the part and got us up and running before the long holiday! A+++! Thanks again!
