Over charge for parts and labor. Needed a part that cost 25-40 dollars and was charged $90 plus the $12 shipping cost for it. Another $90 for labor on maybe a 10 minute job plus $90 service charge for just coming out to my house and then tax. All in all it ended up being $300 with an uncertainty on if that would even fix the problem. I've been dealing with them for a week. They ordered the part and keep saying they'll show up, then never do. Nobody returns your phone calls and they're very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Tech never called or showed up. was told several times they would call us. Even scheduled to work from home so we didn't miss the tech. Never called never showed, been calling since 130pm no answer! or return call after leaving msg. They do not care for their customers!
I tried to get a hold of them for three days to make an appointment and when I finally did, the woman who answered the phone was rude. Do not recommend.
This review is regarding customer service of the technician . I made an appointment for a repair, and took off work since someone has to be home. The day of repair it was getting close to end of appointment window so I called to office to confirm he was coming. The woman was very nice, and advised he was running late "because the rain." RecommendedExcellent service and super professional. One of the few companies I could find that would repair my Samsung washing machine. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
