These people ripped me and my wife off big time. We took our vehicle down there, thought the warranty only covers at their place the whole time but it’s in my wife’s name so I don’t have direct access to it. But we brought a brand new spark plug down there for them to put in, they said it was a bad one when it was a brand new one. Extremely pleased with service and price. very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went to get brake pads and rotors for all 4 tires. Another business I’ve dealt with for years told me I needed it on all 4 tires and showed me a picture after they did a oil change and rotated my ties. I started calling different companies to compare prices. Imagine my surprise when I found out I didn’t need all the work another company told me I needed. I’ll need to include honesty in this review. Fast great service at a good price. They were nice and polite. The waiting area was very clean.
My wife and I have dealt with Murdock Tire for about 7 years now. I'm not say they're are the best because I haven't tried all the others. I will only say that in our experience, they are honest, won't fix something that isn't broke and are the best repair shop in our experience. In my opinion, no need to go anywhere else when you know your repair shop is honest.
