Very Satisfied... TWICE! Purchased a 2010 Traverse brand new and loved it. Murdock was great to work with on the purchase as well as subsequent service/ oil change appts. The Traverse ended up not working out for our growing family and Murdock worked with us to get us into a used Tahoe that worked much better for our family. I'd expected to be WAY upside down doing this deal so soon after purchasing brand new, but we got such a great deal on the new Tahoe and a fair offer to buy back the Traverse that it made easy to say yes... read more
horrible customer service Terrible experience. We drove down to the dealership twice to look at a vehicle and it was not there either time. We were told we had first dibs on the vehicle. When we received a call to come sign the deal we went on down. We called to make sure everything was ready and were told 'Come on down but we sold the truck yesterday.' Their slogan is 'Murdock chevrolet where you are the heart of our business.' I don't see it. Go somewhere else if you want to buy a vehicle.
Horrible service DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased a used car from them. Part of the purchase deal was to get a spot painted on the car. I went back Wednesday like was agreed. They didn't have the correct paint in stock. I rescheduled to go back in the following Wednesday. They had no idea I was coming. Didn't have another car ready for me to take while I dropped off my recently bought car. Had to wait 45 minutes while they tried to figure out what to do.
