I was a resident for three years. Model tenant. Quiet, kept the place neat, had it professionally cleaned, etc. Just got my security back and had $150 deducted for "excessive wear and tear" on bedroom carpet, which is complete BS. I never even wore shoes in the bedroom! Fred, the super, is awesome, but this kind of bait and switch at the end is shady. Don't live here.
Amazing place to live! The building is super secure and allows pets. Always receive responses within the day for maintenance, and both the leasing manager and the maintenance manager are super responsive and helpful!
We lived at Lofts 640 and then made the move over to Mural Lofts when they opened. The management team at both buildings could not have made the move any easier. We had a great experience at both properties. Both are first class operations. We will especially miss Fred (the maintenance manager at Mural Lofts). He is the nicest guy and always there to help. Thank you for the great experience.
Beautiful condos big and spacious. Very quiet inside building
Will accept pets EXCLUDING pitbulls and pitbulls ONLY.....
This is such an exciting new building / project. The original character kept in tact in some respects and beautiful city skyline views with super easy access to the subway. North Broad Street, Philadelphia gets better looking everyday. Excited to see the finished landscaping ... This corner's gonna POP!
