The apartment layout is fantastic and there is tons of storage, but.... The management company and owners don't waste any money on the upkeep of these apartments. I have lived here for 2 years, and have only had the a/c filter changed 3-4 times. The floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchen and hallway are chipped and coming off. The carpet is indoor/outdoor glued to the floor with no padding. And maintenance is a joke, there isn't any except when they feel like coming.
