The best lab tech I've ever met in my life works here - I didn't get his name but he's probably in his 50's and looks/sounds similar to Alan Arkin the actor :). He was able to magically get a blood draw from my wiggly 17 month old...and brought him a sticker, a toy car, a ball, and even sunglasses as a reward. He helped us with our bags and jackets...the nicest man I've met and very skilled. Delighted we chose to come to this location. Thank you!
