I have had great experiences with everyone who I’ve ever spoke with at this office. EXCEPT, Danny, one of the nurses. She was very rude, short and inconsiderate. Which is what I got when I called multiple times and then no response for hours until 15 minutes before they closed with a very rude nurse on the other end. I understand people have bad days, but to be rude to an existing client who is in extreme pain and simply reaching out for help, is not okay for any healthcare worker.

These are kind people. They are night and day different from Corwell. The staff are nice, polite and treat you like a human asking for help. If you have questions they answer those thoroughly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Klinger and his incredible team. From my very first appointment where I was in a 8/10 pain, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, answer every question, and make me feel heard and cared for throughout the entire process. Dr Klinger is a gifted neurosurgeon who performed a very complex lumber 3-level surgery to "clean up my degenerated spine" and decompress the nerve. No fusion. No bracing. I was up walking/stairs the next day and now; at just 1.5 mo out, am comfortably walking 1 mile. Working with Dr Klinger prior to this surgery I found him easy to talk to and open to my concerns. My brief hospital stay went without a hitch!!
