I called in Sept to get a appointment the receptionist wasn't pleasant and tried to schedule me for a late sept appt when I had another booked and kept talking over me . I had to tell her to stop and listen to the customers need and wants abd she said why don't we start over I said I am not sure what your deal is. I explained to her I had a previous appointment and that day woukdnt work for me. I saod you are being very rude and I don't appreciate this. Everyone was helpful and caring. Not pushy.
Got my hearing aids last Monday morning and by early afternoon had an issue. I called twice Monday, left messages: no response. Called a total of eight times last week; only twice was the phone answered and a response by a technologist was promised. I've never had a call back yet. So much for service. If I could rate them as a zero I would!
