I recently had the misfortune of seeking treatment for sleep disorder here, an experience that has left me not only sleepless but also deeply frustrated. My journey began with a promise from the doctor that I would be contacted within six months for a mask fitting. Six months of hopeful waiting turned into a nightmare of unreturned calls and lost records. When I proactively reached out to the clinic, I was met with a disorganized staff.
