As a first time paient I was scheduled for an appointment then called and said the doctor could not do it okay I understand things come up. So the appointment is made for the following week. The next day I get a call saying they have to change it because they have no providers that day. And make it 2 weeks out mind you I have a hole in my leg that is 7cm x7cm and 3cm deep. And the whole time I am talking to the receptionist she is laughing. They are not the ones going or waiting to go through this process.
When S.O was a pain in the but of patient and Dr Kapow said he would take care of it for me. I would like to thank him personally.
Received a bill from this place. Never been to this office or even heard of it, but now I have fix it. What a mess, I have lost track of the number of phone calls to fix.
Great people and excellent service for my dad.
