Absolutely RUDE! I asked the intake person, Jared, a simple question if the firm practiced in my state or just locally. As in do you take cases outside of PA? He fumbled around with such a simple question and didn't make it clear if they did or not. I then asked him if they use a co -counsel if they do actually practice outside of the state? After the referred firm declined my case on technical grounds, Munley wouldn’t refer it elsewhere or provide next-step guidance. More transparency and responsiveness could have helped keep my case active.
