Absolutely RUDE! I asked the intake person, Jared, a simple question if the firm practiced in my state or just locally. As in do you take cases outside of PA? He fumbled around with such a simple question and didn't make it clear if they did or not. I then asked him if they use a co -counsel if they do actually practice outside of the state? He went completely silent and then hung up on me. Munley Law follows referrals through, but my experience involved unclear communication and disappointing follow-up. After the referred firm declined my case on technical grounds, Munley wouldn’t refer it elsewhere or provide next-step guidance. More transparency and responsiveness could have helped keep my case active.
