Our family has had an ED visit and two Urgent care visits this past month. Our wait times were short, we were treated with kindness and professionalism, a mom's fears were alleviated, and we are on the road to feeling better. It's nice to have a facility so close to home that we can visit with confidence. Thanks MMH.
It all varies on the day you go and who’s working as to what kind of care you are going to receive! I’ve had amazing nurses that find me on fb and check up on my child, I’ve been denied Tylenol for my baby with a broken arm in excruciating pain, and I had to tell a Dr. I need three script for pink eye drops bc if I use one on all three it’s cross contamination! I’ve also had a receptionist sit and play/help with my twins while we waited for our turn!
They treat employees and patients alike....like numbers and what's important to them is how much they can get and take away from both.
I am appalled at the ineptitude, lack of empathy and complete and utter disregard for customer service of bay care and its staff. Are these people in the business of helping people? I fail to see that. The mission statement is laughable especially the part about personalized service. Ive lived in lower Michigan my entire life and what we have had to endure the last week would have never happened to us at home.
I am so pleased with everyone that works here. They are friendly, supportive, and the medical care is outstanding! 💕 BayCare!!
Excellent staff. Highly recommended. Very clean and comfortable. I would like to thank every staff so very much.
