RecommendedI wanted to take a moment to praise the help my grandfather has received while hospitalized at Baycare. The staff has been overwhelmingly kind and helpful in every way, even going so far as to check how I am doing during a crisis. I am so grateful for the medical facilities we have here in our small town and for the people who work at them.
I want to thank the staff that helped my mom the night she came in with difficulty breathing. You were able to get an X-ray and labs very quickly. When we went to Marquette hospital their computers were down so the information we received from your staff made it possible to treat her. Thank you for your kindness.
Wonderful care received from all staff but especially from Bonnie Kilpela, PA. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so fast in treating me to make sure I didn’t have any pain for longer than was necessary. Thank you so much for treating me in a manner that made me feel so well cared for. It meant more than you know!

On Feb. 17th 2018, We were vacationing in the area. I came into the ER with complications of diabetes. I want to express my gratitude to the staff that was on duty that day and especially to Paula the diabetic care specialist who just happened to be there on her day off. Her concerns and follow up care went well beyond any experience i have ever had.
