They still in business. No one answers the phone
1st of all.... they hardly answer the phone. I called about scripts that needed to be filled this morning the woman who answered the phone says "idk I don't deal with that"..... ok but are you not the assistant who tells the doctor that does? Dr Toni used to be attentive but the last couple times I was there it was like she didn't even want to do her job. Like an attitude of "why are you here?" This place used to be decent but now its garbage.
Please avoid this place like the plague, when you try to get your scripts filled either they don’t fill them or there is an excuse. A script ( stool softener ) was allegedly prescribed to me that I didn’t need. The person at the desk asked “ why I needed one of my medications “ ( which came from Dr. Toni ) STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
Needed a new pcp and they’re convenient and friendly. Sam at the front desk (let’s be real she does everything) is awesome and didn’t make fun of my for being a wimp with needles.
Been going here for years. Not once have I met the dr. He's not even present. They were very nice but getting referrals sent and test results forwarded is a different story. I have to go there but lately I physically cannot and nobody is answering or calling back.
