I had a solid state hard drive (my boot drive) crash, Windows 7 blue screen error. The store was very busy (I now know why), so it took 3 days to get to my computer. I spoke with the owner about potential options, and while I was essentially told I needed to upgrade to Windows 10 (it is end-of-life soon anyway), I figured that my hardware was too old to adequately support Windows 10 and I would need to have them build me a new PC.
