didn't do as promised – I had spilled red wine on a hand woven wool rung. I called them and told them I had tried everything to get it out. They told me they would clean the rug and if needed ,bleach the fringe or repace it. they quoted me a price and I had them pick it up. When they picked it up they told me they would do the "super dooper" cleaning/deodorizing, etc. for an extra $50 and I told them ok. When the rug was returned to me the stain was still on it. Worst carpet cleaning/restoration company in the city! – I wanted my carpet cleaned and the pad replaced. This was explained over the phone and to the technician upon arrival. The technician was over 2 hrs late for the appt. He would not give me an estimate to replace the pad and after being here for 2 hrs finally gave me a price that was over double what was expected.
