No stars Yes they are all nice people. BUT you should not have a 3:20 appointment and have to wait until almost 4:20 to go back, then only have to wail again. We finally left at 5:30. This place has gone downhill.
Best place there is. Dr’s are excellent.
So far 3 hours of just sitting here waiting with my mother for what will be a very short 5 mins procedure... this is insane and obviously this is a huge area for improvement

We have been here since 2:45. It’s now 4:58. 13 minutes being examined, the rest of the time waiting. While every staff member I’ve seen is literally on their cell phone or talking about Christmas plans.
Very poor customer service. They refused to tell the office visit rate and what test would be performed with cost for a referral from a family optometrist. The insurance and billing "specialist" was rude and not helpful. Refused to answer questions with facts. Will ask for different referral.
Worst service @ a health care facility! Waited 3 hours and 41 minutes of which 19 minutes was actually spent with the doctor or assistant. Highly recommend patients to check with other providers! Will not be back and will certainly not recommend this place!
The doctor begin surgery on the wrong eye I had to call him out on it ! Oh but he said he was sorry that makes it all better. Looks like when they are doing surgery on your eyes they would pay more attention on which eye
