Honesty and Quality Can't say enough great things about Munchel's. The manager of the store is amazing and went above and beyond to make me a very satisfied owner of a beautiful diamond ring. I had ordered a custom ring, just couldn't get it to fit me comfortably. They not only gave me a full credit on the ring. but spent countless hours working with me to help me find the ring of my dreams. You can always expect honesty and quality.

Treated like a King I was looking to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and some friends had recommended Munchel's Jewelry. From the moment I stepped in the store, I was treated like a king. The staff was incredible and the selection was amazing. I will definitely shop here again and I will recommend it to all of my friends and family.
Welcoming I have had the pleasure of shopping at Munchel's on many occasions. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always welcome me as soon as I walk in the store. The selection of jewelry and watches is amazing. I love walking by the front of the store and looking at the beautiful window displays. They are always so creative.
Helpful I came to Munchel's Fine Jewelry to look at engagement rings for my girlfriend. I kind of had an idea of what I was looking for but also needed some guidance. The staff was very polite and helpful. I probably spent about an hour or more in their store and I felt no pressure to buy anything. I appreciate all of your help.

Beautiful Ring!! There is one ring in there that looks absolutely beautiful on me. I was hinting my boyfriend to get it for me but it's either he's ignoring it or just not getting it but the workers know so they try to help me point him towards that direction. Thank you for helping me. If it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't be engaged today with your ring. The customer service is 110%. To die for rings!! They have the most to die for wedding and engagement ring. I love it so much. They have there only little collection like other jewelry stores. But I just love this place. There are so many options. Plus, when you're telling the person that is helping how you want it. They find the one like it or the closest to it. I just love how there service is.
Gorgeous Rings!! They have the most gorgeous rings there. I just love it all. I want it all. Sadly, I can't but the customer service is so amazingly sweet. They know what ring to push you towards if you give them an outline of how you want it or your theme dream.
