I contacted Ed via Facebook, and it was very easy to "chat" with him about the issues we were having with our oven. Once on site, Ed was able to diagnose our oven problem within minutes. He had the part that was needed with him, and was able to fix it on the spot. He was punctual, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend his services without hesitation.
