Ed was fabulous. My oven went on the blitz, and feeding a large group of hungry young men after long days of working on the farm meant I needed my oven. Ed returned my call immediately and came exactly when he said! He fixed the problem, and the best part, he did a follow up call to be sure I was happy with his service and the oven was working. Now that's a lost art- customer service!
Had Ed look at our freezer today. He fixed it and and explained what happened to cause the problem. We had him fix another appliance last year. Very dependable and knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him!
