Ed was SO helpful when I called about my washing machine not draining correctly. I unfortunately don't know anything about appliances (I wasn't even sure of the brand I had), and he walked me through everything on the phone! He knew every detail down to the location of buttons on the machine, without even seeing it in person yet. He drove all the way to Corry the very next day to help me with my problem. Would recommend to any family or friend!!

I had to call Ed this morning because my refrigerator did not come back on after I had turned it off to clean it out. He could have easily made the 25+ mile trip and charged me, but instead walked me through what could have happened. After it came back on, he explained what may have been wrong and told me what to do if it occurred again. Great guy. Will definitely use him for repairs in the future.
I contacted Mr. Munch late on a Friday through his contact form after the ice maker in our refrigerator quit working, and within an hour he acknowledged receipt of my request with an email response advising me that he would call me in the morning (Saturday), which he did. After a few questions and a couple follow up questions later in the day he was confident he knew what the problem was. Our oven was not getting up to temperature, so I emailed Ed on Saturday and he responded within the hour asking if he needed to come out then. I said Monday was fine and he was here right on time. He knew exactly what was wrong, explained it so I understood, and only took a few minutes to fix . With reasonable rates and fast service, you can't go wrong. The 10% discount was a real plus too!! Ok, so this review is a little overdue. I had a problem with my washer about a month ago. It was a Saturday morning and I did a google search for appliance repair in our area.
