Originally the staff were very nice. I was informed I had a "type 1" shallow cavity in one of my back molars. They wanted to do a filling and as this was my first cavity, I relectantly agreed. I was told I would not even need novacaine for the procedure but once getting into Mr. Sarner's office he took a quick glance and changed his mind. I was injected several times and he proceded to do the filling talking about how he was in a rush so the asssisstant could get to lunch. Dr. Salem has improved the quality of my life. He is competent, thorough, compassionate, gentle, honest, straightforward, reasonalbe, and kind. He has a wonderful rapport with his staff, all of whom provide similarly top notch care and attention. He is willing to listen to and work with me to determine the best course of treatment.
