We were sold a $1500 sound system to fix a touch screen issue only to find out a short time after we only had to replace the car battery. Later when there was a problem with system we were told he removed the entire unit, couldn't find the problem but somehow it started working again. A short time later another problem arose and when we approached multi tech and asked could it be related to when they removed everything from the dash we were told, oh no, we didn't take anything out.
